Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 26/09/2024

Thank you for shopping at RocketTags. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is guided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand.

1. Returns

We do not offer returns and refunds by default. Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is faulty. If you believe your product is faulty, you must provide evidence of the fault and a detailed explanation of how you discovered the fault.

2. Faulty Products

If your product is faulty, it is eligible for replacement. To initiate a return for a faulty product, please take the following steps:

  • - Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at orders@rockettags.com
  • - Provide a detailed description of the fault and how it was discovered.
  • - Include photographic or video evidence of the product fault.
  • - Await our instructions for returning the product (if necessary) and the process for receiving your replacement.
Upon receipt of the faulty product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the fault. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Non-returnable Items

Please note that subscription services are not eligible for refunds or prorated returns. Once a subscription is purchased, the service is deemed to be delivered in full at the time of purchase.

4. Compliance with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or repair for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
